After having an idea of what your budget is, it’s time for you to begin doing your homework! It’s important to shop around and identify what is important to you. What are your must haves to make this your dream home? Be sure to attend as many open houses and schedule as many showings necessary to find the right fit for you.
Amazing! We’ve found the one! Now is the time to work with your Team Zingales Realty agent to prepare your offer. With this preparation, you will have to review and sign your offer to submit.

After your offer has been accepted, it’s important to work with your agent to find a home inspector. Please note that home inspectors are at the buyer’s expense. After home inspection has been completed, it’s time to work with your agent to negotiate the findings from the home inspection.
After negotiating the findings of the home inspection, the attorney’s from both the seller and the buyers side will draft the Purchase and Sale (“P&S”) Agreement. Once the P&S is finalized by the attorneys, your agent will deliver the P&S to you for signatures.
Once the P&S is signed, the financing process will begin. It’s important to be in contact with your lender throughout this process. An appraisal will be ordered by your lender, at your expense.
