Meet our team founder, Joe Zingales, a resident of the Merrimack Valley area. He attended the schools here as a child, and he is an alumnus of Merrimack College, where he earned his bachelor’s degree. He is currently licensed to practice real estate in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Joe is a past President of the BNI Advocates and a board member for Top Notch Scholars.
Joe and his wife purchased their first home when he was 30 years old. As a first-time home buyer, he had no clue what he was doing. REALTORS and lenders seemed to speak a foreign language. He considered himself at least reasonably intelligent (although Joe’s wife would beg to differ at times), so he was frustrated by his ignorance of real estate. Joe became intrigued by the entire home buying process, so he began voraciously reading every actual estate-related book, poring over thousands of pages. Because of this new passion, he decided to become a REALTOR and make sure his clients would understand the process entirely.
He works as a real estate professional because he has a genuine passion for real estate and assisting people in the midst of a hugely important – and complicated – process. In his many years of practice, he has represented scores of clients, attended an abundance of inspections, and has toured hundreds of properties in the area.
Joe’s unique combination of experience and education provides him with expert credentials. He works to share his expertise with each client to make the home buying or selling process as painless as possible.
Joe loves working in a dynamic community with a robust economy and an exceptionally well-educated and sophisticated population. When a client decides to purchase a home in the area, he enjoys guiding that person through such an important and exciting process, whether a first-time buyer or a veteran homeowner. When it comes time to relocate out of this area or move to a different home across town, he looks forward to helping his clients get top dollar for their homes while ensuring that each transaction progresses smoothly and expeditiously.
Joe also owns rental properties and plans to acquire more in the future. He is amazed when he considers the tremendous benefits real estate ownership offers to people from all walks of life.
None of this makes sense if you don’t give back to the community where you conduct your business. Therefore, Joe makes sure that Team Zingales is heavily involved in various communities and donating to multiple causes.

Joe’s biggest hobby these days is cooking. Being a Sicilian native, he truly loves to eat. His mother, God bless her, continues to teach him different recipes shared with each generation.
Joe is married to the lovely and talented Teresa, who grew up in this area. Teresa is a Certified Property Manager who manages several hundred apartments in the Andover area.
Teresa and Joe have two beautiful children that make them smile and laugh every day. They genuinely are very thankful.
Rosanna Zingales-Lopez was born from humble beginnings to immigrant parents. She grew up with a diverse upbringing and a strong sense of attachment to her community. Her mother, Antonia, was born in Palermo, Italy. Her father, Salvatore, was born in New York, graduating from Merrimack College with a B.S. in Business Administration. Rosanna slowly conquered whatever was thrown at her, starting at Corcoran Management, where she excelled in property management. Her next conquest was C.C. Real Investments, but it wasn’t enough.
When she settled in Real Estate with her brother Joe and formed the dynamic duo of Team Zingales Realty in the Merrimack Valley, she finally felt at home. Getting her broker’s license in 2016, she and Joe went on to fill their walls with award after award at Team Zingales Realty under Century 21-Northeast. Aside from her celebrated successes, Rosanna mostly enjoys helping people find their forever home. Whether selling a home or finding a home for her clients, Rosanna’s expertise in real estate and understanding of market conditions greatly comfort her clients.
While deeply dedicated to her work, it is nothing compared to how devoted and loving she is as a wife to Miguel Lopez (LBGC alumni) and mother to her pack of boys. Rosanna’s four sons, Julian, Antonio, Jeremy, and C.J., are so well-loved that you would never know they all aren’t biologically hers.
Rosanna sat on the LBGC Advisory and Development Committees and the MVYMCA Adelante, Lawrence Prospera, and The Psychological Center Board(s). These causes have been near and dear to Rosanna over the years. Helping people is her passion, especially when it comes to children. She also volunteers for most, if not all, Boy’s & Girl’s Club events; Thanksgiving, Christmas parties, and the list goes on.
She is a sports nut, especially when it’s her kids on the court. Watch out because she’ll leave your ears ringing but your heart singing.
Matteo began his career in July 2020 amid the COVID-19 Pandemic. With a Master of Architecture degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology, he started his career at a local architecture firm working with developers on the design and entitlements of their projects. Working closely with several disciplines to get the job done, he has built numerous relationships with developers, various engineers, and other consultants. After almost a year and a half in the architectural discipline, Matteo left to join Team Zingales full-time to aid with behind-the-scenes operations and manage the office.
Though starting in the architectural field, Matteo is eager to push the Team Zingales brand beyond the real estate stratosphere. His strong communication and organizational skills, determination, and dedication to his team give him the tools necessary to do just that.
Although a Zingales, Matteo believes that Team Zingales’ inclusivity, commitment to their clients, and willingness to help others and be a team player matched by none. Outside of the office, he enjoys traveling, adventuring to hunt out good designs, and finding his next dream car. He also enjoys cooking and looks to his dad, Joe, for new recipes.
With a background in Entertainment and Media, Taylor Moten developed a love for the art of Marketing and Advertising. After 15 years of working in the industry as a special effects costumer for tv and film, Taylor returned to her original passion of Marketing to help highlight the value and talents of her clients. A long-time fan of the hit tv series “Mad Men,” Taylor enjoys the challenge of bringing a fresh take on a company’s public persona and engaging the audience with unique content. Taylor Moten is originally from Los Angeles, California. Although she does miss the sunshine, she also has come to appreciate the four seasons and hospitality of New England.

Aneudi was born and raised in Lawrence. He graduated from Lawrence High School in 2020 amid the pandemic. Following Lawrence High, Aneudi enrolled at Northern Essex Community College and majored in Business Management but found more pride and excitement in work than in studies. He always believed he had a “go-getter” mentality and thought this career path suited him. Aneudi went to see a property with his cousin in the summer of 2020, and right then and there, Aneudi knew that he wanted to be in real estate, more specifically, an agent. Aneudi will strive to provide the best care and service to his clients through any circumstances!
After working in sales for many years, I realized I wanted to take my sales experience to the new level. So I have decided it was time to go after my dream of becoming a realtor. Determined to spend time with her daughter and enjoy a flexible schedule, Eliana decided to jump into the real estate profession after passing her Real Estate license exam in April of 2021. Eliana strives to go above and beyond for her clients and treats them as if they were part of her family. With the eagerness to continuously grow, learn, and aid her clients in building wealth, Eliana looks to provide her clients with the necessary knowledge and care to achieve homeownership. Born and raised in the Dominican Republic, Eliana is fluent in Spanish and prior to Real Estate, she worked as a preschool teacher.
Fadia has been in the real estate industry for about three years and decided to pursue real estate to have the flexibility to spend time with her two children and be her own boss. Fadia is of Lebanese descent and is fluent in Arabic.

Juliana started her career in September of 2020. She decided to go into real estate during the pandemic because the housing market was booming. Once she began, Juliana realized she loved working with her family and set a goal to one day work at Team Zingales full-time!
Motivated by her family and helping others, Juliana is passionate about building a trusting relationships with her clients. She is eager to continuously learn about Real Estate to provide her clients with the best, most up-to-date information to assist them in their home buying/selling journey. Although a Zingales, Juliana believes that Team Zingales is like no other. She believes that they strive to create a home-like feel within the team, and all work hand-in-hand so that every member is supported. Outside of Real Estate, Juliana received her Bachelors in Education and then began a Master’s degree in Social Work. She is a HUGE people person and loves helping others. Juliana currently works in both Real Estate and Property Management and Resident Services.
Louis began his career toward the end of 2019, following his long career in the automotive field. Done with the 9-5, Louis looked towards real estate to unlock his full potential. For 20 years, Ronald Pitocchelli has been the owner and operator of R.J.P. Construction & Development Inc., specializing in construction management and real estate development. One of the most valuable lessons in his career was developing relationships, serving the same clients for many years, and providing quality work.
Santos has been in real estate for over two years. He chose to pursue a career in real estate because he loves the HGTV show Brother vs. Brother. Santos is hardworking and strives to find the best opportunity for his clients. His motivator is helping individuals accomplish their dreams of buying a new home. In his free time, Santos enjoys spending time with others. He also is an avid car lover and tennis player.
